Dr. Amy graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2003.  Prior to studying at Chiropractic College, she received her Bachelors Degree in Biology from East Stroudsburg University.  Dr. Amy has been practicing for five years.  She opened her practice in Belton in July 2008, but before that she gained experience with patients ages 0-96 in a busy family practice in Bettendorf, Iowa.  Dr. Amy has completed a rigorous three-year post-graduate education program in chiropractic pediatrics and enjoys enhancing the health of patients of all ages!

Outside of the office Dr. Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, Tim, and two children, Ethan and Karyn.  Dr. Amy is also a certified childbirth educator, and is active in educating the community on healthy, fulfilling birth choices.

Meet The Team

Cheryl Skyles joined our office in May 2009.  She is originally from Hawaii, where she has been practicing massage therapy since 2005.  Cheryl moved to the Kansas City area to attend the Forerunner School of Ministry at the International House of Prayer.  She is trained in Swedish, deep tissue, pre-natal, and sports massage, as well as reflexology and acupressure.

In her spare time Cheryl can be found spending time with friends, running, and sewing.

Kasey Allen began working at Abundant Life Chiropractic in January 2010.  Since starting here, she has really helped the flow of activities at the office, and her friendly smile makes everyone feel at home!  She goes above and beyond to do her job well.  She and her husband Mike have two dogs, and are busy working on Kasey's new photo studio in Peculiar, Kai Photography. 

Tim has learned more about insurance than he might have ever cared to know, but he has achieved success at resolving numerous insurance issues on behalf of our patients!   He also brings a positive attitude and caring face to the front desk when he is not singing or running screens at the International House of Prayer.  Tim will go the extra mile to make sure our patients are well taken care of, and that things are running smoothly at the office!  Tim's dream is to be a full-time Intercessory Missionary at the International House of Prayer, but until then, he joyfully splits his time between here and IHOP.  When he is not working, he is at home enjoying his family! 

Jack loves people, especially children.  We try to bring him to the office every day, because he warmly welcomes our patients and helps them feel at ease.  When he doesn't come to the office, people always ask about him!  (Jack thinks that people come just to see him.)
